JD Sports

It's a great spacious store. I didn't tour the whole store but from what I saw it has a great variety of nice shoes, back packs , clothing for everyone. (Juniors, kids, women and men alike).
The staff I met on the day are very friendly and helpful.

Was in this store today over a online purchase...the warehouse forgot to put my order receipt in my package ...I received outstanding service from a lovely young women at the till who went above and beyond to resolve the issue.. :) wish I got her name.. thank you so much for your help:).

JD Sports never dissapoints. They always have a bit of everything with good quality. The sales going on now is amazing so I had to jump on it. Visit JD sports today for your amazing wears and sneaks.

Except the young gentleman that checked out my purchase at the till, the customer service in general was dreadful. Prices are incorrect so double check your receipt or pay attention to the price at the till. I went to JD in Oxford Street and Camden High Street and the attitude was terrible.

Appalling customer service, spent over £120 to buy trainers , staff seem unbothered to help and clearly Dont want to be there attitude , no trying on shoes and miserable staff , would avoid this branch

Different prices on the items, different prices to pay. I didn’t even get an apology from whom I understood was the manager for the confusion. Would avoid.
