Placed an order weeks ago. Never received it and they won't respond to my emails (13 sent now). I just want my money back. I am having to go through an ombudsman now as they have took money off me not sent the goods nor given a refund. I advise you all to avoid them! Awful.

I had to write about the wonderful service myself and my husband had at the Corby branch on 11th June 2022….
we were looking for junior basketball clothes..
We had help in ordering by a lovely girl,…she told,us it would be delivered the next day….
We had an email from the carrier informing us it was in its way, then another to give us an expected time.
It arrived as promised, It is now on its way to our grandson in New Zealand…
Thanks again….lovely service ..lovely friendly helpful staff….

Obviously my son's favourite place to browse, and me buying 😂. It would be so much better in a bigger premises though. Then again, I might spend more on my lad 🤔😂

Nice local store but not much selection!

*From recent visit- Customer service seemed bit lacking. Cashier refused to sell the item just because she couldn't remove the security tag @ till, then she put the item away saying "tag's not coming off cannot sell it."
No attempt was made to ask help from a colleague or the manager. What a total waste of time finding the item, waiting on the queue and not being able to purchase. Good that SportsDirect wasn't that far to find the replacement.

Love having this shop on our doorstep. Not always quick to serve but funnily enough, I always seem to get items cheaper than the tag suggests. No complaints there of course! I get frustrated when I go in because I'm always spending more and more money than I intended.
Went in to look for a pair of trainers for myself, ended up getting my kids kitted out

After visiting the store I've come to the conclusion that the only way to achieve quick service is if you have young people with you. They being a potential of having more money spent in store. Grandkids love it 🙃🙃
