I popped in here when passing but quickly left. Unfortunately it was very busy, untidy and didn't seem to be enough staff. I've worked in retail nearly 30yrs so I do understand the dynamics of a busy retail store but definitely some improvements to be made.

I wanted advice on the best trainer to support my ankle. The young girl did her best to advise but she was helping 3 customers at once so I gave up because she couldn't help me choose the best pair. Understaffed.

Very poor asked a member of staff for help for him to walk away and chat to his work pal the stock level was really bad I wanted football boots shine pads ankle support and trainers and football kit and a bumbag got two out of them all so won't be going back any time soon

Opening times from 8am, I’ve bee waiting till 8:40am with hope they will open finally, staff walking around and don’t care that customers waiting outside

No matter how much I think about it, I just can't justify paying nearly 200 quid for a pair of trainers. Left. Went to Cheetham Hill instead.

A bit cramped and difficult to get between the rails with a pram. Good choice of products. Friendly staff.
