Same gear from 10 years ago they just move it about in store to make it look like a new range, same customers from 10 years ago to, there happy to keep buying mediocre sports gear. It's about time it shut down.

Decent prices for some stuff. Shop there often and generally don't need/want to return things.

Having read some very negative reviews about the Deepdale branch, it was with trepidation that i went today to exchange some goods one with a receipt and one without. But i needn't have worried, very helpful staff exchanges processed without any problems and even a partial refund on a gift card for the one without a receipt. Thank you.

I went to the store to return a jacket. I asked the girls to call the manager to talk to him but he didn't want to come, in the end when he came he had a bad attitude and started to put on a show in front of all the clients. This manager drives away your clients, he has nothing to look for in a leadership position, his brain is not working. Lack of professionalism.

Today I asked my parents if they could go to JD sports in Preston after work as I was ill and didn't go to school,
The whole point of this visit was to get my money back for a pair of shoes that I bought a month ago we brought them in for inspection as they had a manufacturing fault and I wanted to get a refund.
The manager was quite arrogant and had lack of interest in anything,
When my parents showed up the manager said that he could give us a in store gift card although I said I didn't want it.
I had to call the costumer service team and told them the issue that I had and they said they would call the manager and ask him why he was making this so complicated.
In the end he sent a employee to help us get a refund which he was actually alright.
In the end the manager wasted about 2 and a half hours of my parents day.
