Awesome experience today. JD has a nice variety of trainers and athletic wear. I visited this store today to look for trainers for my son and because of outstanding salesmanship of Dominica, ended up buying 2 more footwear for my daughter as well. All of my 100£ purchase credit goes to her. She was patient, quick and very good at attending us. I'm holding back on the last star for review to this store coz of the management that literally shouted at another customer in front of us and asked the associates to do exactly opposite of what Dominica was doing. The management asked the associates to literally keep the customers waiting. I mean, if the store wants to deliberately lose customers and reduce sales, please by all means keep us waiting but if they want customers like me who came to purchase 1 shoe but ended up buying 3, you need more associates like Dominica.

and if you take something and change your mind no money back only vouchers so they keep you money and when you ask that's there policy to keep money so you don't come and shope again and I will it definitely

Popped into the store at the end of July so I can buy some shoes. Once finding a shoe I wanted to try on I asked a member of staff if I can try this shoe in my size. The member of staff then directed me towards a different member of staff and was advised to ask them and so I did. Long story short I had asked 3 different members of staff if I can try this shoe on in my size and all 3 staff members advised me to ask a different member of staff. Absolutely zero customer service, don’t understand how people are like this all because they do not want to do their job properly.

I ordered a product to be delivered to the store. It was not delivered within the promised timeline. It was not a problem with the shipment, it was delivered to the respective store the next day but they have not updated the status in online portal. I visited the store thrice to finally get the product. They were very complacent in their approach and also not properly searching for the concerned product. During my third visit to the store they were able to locate the product and that too by 4 th person who tried to search. I had to wait in the store for 1 hr to finally collect this.

Customer service absolutely rubbish. Helping customers seems to be a hassle for the staff. Rude and useless. Don’t shop there!

Purchased a pair of Adidas Gazelle trainers for my eight year old son, his first!

Overall, a great experience, first class customer service by a young lady, Suktana, I think.

Suktana, helped my young son find the right pair of trainers for him.

This shop has plenty of choice with regards to trainers and sports clothing, branded and non branded.
