Great service and helpfull staff, wide choice of clothes for all the family also near other outlet shops so no worries.

I preferred it when the slazenger tshirts came wrapped in plastic. When I asked the cashier. They said they have stopped wrapping them in plastic so people could try them on. I'm not happy.

Great selection of shoes and trainers young girl blonde hair was extremely helpful nothing was to much bother for her brought out several pairs in my size to choose from so patient and polite thank you did not get her name but was on the womens trainers upstairs 🙂

You can’t get refunds here they only do a credit note or exchange. Good selection of stock.

Huge array of branded sportswear. Never liked that you cannot get yr money back, but probably a reason they are surviving. Could greatly improve fitting room facilities as two tiny ones for a whole floor, not enough room to really see items at a distance.

Easy to find what I wanted, good prices, staff friendly and helpful.

Great store. But if there was a fire in there no-one would get out alive. All the racks are so close together it's difficult to get a push chair through. Staff on the till were very helpful but the shoe staff seem to avoid customers. Good prices though. Will always go there for kids trainers.

Terrible store! I was miss-sold a so called sports bra after having asked for one specifically for running. It wasn’t fit for purpose and when I returned it I was told it was a yoga brand. They refused to give me a refund despite them selling it to me under false pretences. I will never shop in there again. Don’t be fooled into thinking it’s cheap in there, it’s only their gaudy large discount labels that make it look cheap. All their stock is available online from other retailers who are far more pleasant to deal with.
