You are paying your employees to stand around talking rather than being focused on your customers. Your brand suffers due to poor employee selection.

I'll never go to sports direct coalville again, a group of staff standing around chatting and still chatting when i tried to get passed them to look at trainers.. the look of disgust i got because of was interrupting there mother's meeting!!!! When i asked for a certain size of trainers, i was told there over there!!! It must be great to get paid to stand around and do nothing .

Good selection of trainers and prices, but staff on the verge of rude and ignorant, I know the pay may not be good but don't take it out on the customers.

Useless wouldn’t help us when our sons metal stud came through on his boot after wearing them twice because we didn’t have the receipt. They clearly sell these on the shelves still not many places do sell metal studs and we use the shop regularly will not use them again after the policy there referring to is clearly useless

Everything you expect choice of top brands at affordable prices

The only reason we went to the shop was because my son ordered a pair of boots and they sent the wrong size. Nobody answered the phone. The shop was busy on a Saturday morning. The staff were quite helpful and polite. I am much more impressed with the staff at the branch than the staff for online purchases.
