Sports Direct

Workers are sometimes nice and very helpful when trying to look for items. However, the shop is always out of stock for items that are just one or two sizes larger than what's on display. The queue is also always long because even though there are 6 groups of people waiting they only have 1 person running the till.

Only 1 staff on the floor helping customers, shop wasn't over pack but the wait for a pair of trainers to a long time. The trainers look old and seems in the warehouse for long time

Picked up a swimming costume which had no price on it, was told to take to till to find out price after staff searched on computer for about 10mins I was told its not in their stock so they can't sell me the swimming costume. Waste of time, staff not really willing to help or resolve issue.

If you are a sports lover never miss this place. Best shop to buy sports related items. Located at leyton mills.

The guy that helped me with my trainers gave excellent service.

Rude staff and misleading labels. When I pointed this out I was not even given an apology which would have actually been fine. The staff member I dealt with had no customer service skills what so ever and a level of arrogance that is appalling. It was as if he was looking down on customers which is just disgusting. I had to walk out immediately! You have lost a whole family of customers due to this and I have spent plenty over the years at Sports Direct. Never again!!!

The staff here are so much more friendly and helpful than you would expect them to be in such a busy shop!! Mark was beyond helpful when I was looking for an item … he ran upstairs to find it for me. Denise was also great, really friendly.

Nicely located, parking is excellent you basically have three good hours to park and shop.
As for the store (Sport Direct) the inside is clean, at the front there's always somehow to talk to, disinfectant is always available at the front desk which is good 👍, and most importantly store in always stock meaning you have options.
Finally staff here are very friendly and helpful.
