Shamefully limited women's section and when I asked about shoes with good arch support the poor employee had no clue and looked embrassed. For a sports clothing and trainers company, employees should really know the basics of the shoes they carry.

Was a little disappointed when I picked a trainer I liked and after half a hour wait to be seen they couldn't fine it out the back so I had to go without

Gotta check this out, everyone... They provide a lots of branded shoes like Adidas, Puma, Nike, and many more... They sometimes give like a discount, so you will find some of those very cheap but still original and good quality. For photo, sorry, I forgot to take, but the store is exactly near, beside NEXT's Store :)

Went to buy a Nike hoodie, i know prices have gone up but i was shocked at the price of £110. The store has a large stock of sports clothing and trainers. The staff are polite and helpful

Bought from online JD app, had to take product back was faulty,shop refused to help, so had to send back to manufacture,

Slightly disappointed only a few coats to purchase in this store
Yet you think they would have had a larger selection with winter and people wanting to buy coats

Been buying trainers from this shop for years, but won't be from now on. Bought a pair of trainers a couple of weeks ago which were faulty. Went back to exchange them for a different pair, but the manager refused to change them even though I had emails from JD sports customer services saying I could. He was quite rude and looked down his nose at me. His name is Craig. I've been a loyal customer at this shop for years with no issues. The one time I needed an issue dealt with and my years of loyalty was thrown back in my face. I will never give my money to this shop again!!
