Staff very helpful, wasn't able to get what I wanted in store, so they ordered on line and free delivery to my home address. So more than happy with service

Had a great experience at the tills today. An amazing staff member who had an excellent chat with me and made me feel like I was a friend of his. Served me with great speed as well despite only being able to use one of his hands! Top fella with a great personality and a real benefit to JD.

Went in with my son,..looking for a new cap and shorts..
We found,..a new cap and shorts!!
So,..good day shopping ..so far ,all the shops we've been in wasn't too busy..
Served by a nice young man,..who was polite and very tidy.

Got to give it to this one ...the young girl.serving was nothing like most JD Staff as she spike and was very polite!

She has restored my faith in JD especially when I spend hundreds in this store every month on trainers

On till 3 person chat personal staff behind the till 1 person serve only I wait about good 5 minutes no even say hi or anything even eye contact and fort got Remove the tag 🏷 I walk out the door alarm bell 🛎 they sult Choice day serving polite and not be treat people looks or colours then I gest porson manager I say to him I live Bad feedback for this place he say ok even he not care

I decided to go shopping in JD Ipswich last week Sunday 30th in the afternoon. My daughter and stepdaughter were at the cashiers desk where they received service by a very friendly and helpful young man, he even kindly checked for another Armani bag for my daughters since the one they had chosen didn't have a tag. Upon checkout the keypad asked a customer service question where my daughter accidentally pressed no. We received 10/10 service from the young man, he was genuinely providing a great service which was very natural. Very happy with the service we received.

We have been in there twice recently, both times the staff have been very helpful in finding the correct size items.

So I found where all the "cool" kids work when they finish school. Reminded me of the series Phoneshop.
