Amazing service and very welcoming from the staff who served me. Only one point that must be addressed by headoffice that a female customer complained about was the height of the doors of the changing rooms as they are way too low and easily members of staff/ customers who are tall can easily see females undressing which is definitely an invasion of privacy.

Manager lady was very rude and insinuated that I carry around discount stickers to stick on products. She didn't want to honor a discounted item when it suited her. made me embarrassed at the till with my wife and child

Worst store I've ever visited in London, rude sellers, I was 1:40 waiting for a seller to serve me, giant store, few attendants, I never buy anything again and I don't come back, I don't recommend it!

It's a big shop with variety of goods. There you can find a lot of sports clothes, shoes and accessories.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
I strongly recommend it!

Tbh I do not know what took me this long to write this. I want to alert people about the changing rooms here.
A few weeks ago I'd gone here to buy a swimsuit. I did not know my precise size and hence I decided to try it on. Terrible customer service after 15 minutes on searching for it showed me there were changing rooms near the till. Just as I was about to change, I noticed right above the tills there are cameras which can directly capture what's going on in changing rooms with the top gap. When I enquired, this lady (surprise) said that no one was free enough to look what's going on and the cameras can't capture. I was really baffled considering this was coming from a lady and how easy it was for these people to dismiss my concerns. Suffice to say, I left without buying anything but I want EVERYONE TO BE WARNED. ALL GENDERS.
This is unethical, perverse and wrong on so many levels and I'm pretty sure it's criminal.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS AND AWARE

Perhaps instead of having just one person manning/womanning the tills and 30 staff walking around trying to look busy, they could allocate 2 people to the tills and leave the remaining 29 to amuse themselves?
Also could the (esp female) staff look any more miserable? I mean I know you're working at sports direct for Mike Ashley (top bloke btw) and employment at this establishment is unlikely to hold your long-term career ambitions, but come on, cheer up won't you?

Very good sales of sporting goods. Professional service, people are kind, smiling, responsive and constantly ready to help customers.
