I just left JD Sports, very disappointed with the service. I wanted to buy a zip through black Adidas hoodie and when I reached the till, I was told that I had to pay £50 instead of £35, price shown on the label.
When I challenged the girl at the till, was told that the employees have probably forgotten to amend the price yesterday during their weekly price checks.
I have spoken to Customers service who shamelessly advised that there is nothing they can do and that I had to pay the full price for the product I wanted, despite highlighting that the above issue applies to many more products in the store, one price shown on the label, a different price at the till.

Busy but helpful staff, just have to wait until they become free.

Honestly is the worst place to ever shop and we go there a lot all staff in there r so slow and almost robitioc honestly am fine till the till process .never talk and are half asleep packing stuff good 20 minutes each time from que onwards .

This branch is small and is located at the end of the road high street in Thornton.

Went into your taunton store today to get a pair of converse high top. I was told to wait as they were busy which was fine then after 25mins and staff serving new people who came in after me. I Was then told to wait again so went to the counter just to ask for the pair of trainers was told they couldn't help me and I had to wait for the other staff to serve me went back to them were I was still ignored. Shocking service will not be going back again and will let others know about the service received.

It was very nice staff was friendly and I got what I needed

Had to exchange some tracksuit bottoms as didn't fit were brought for Xmas had no receipt but lables were still attached never received the e receipt but the staff were excellent 👌

Changing rooms still closed, girl who served my son was very polite. Prices are a joke. Go to adidas or nike direct online with discount codes, much cheaper and most of the time free delivery
