Good place to shop and very helpful staff. But when you need to go upstairs and the lift isn't working its no fun when you're disabled. You have to try to negotiate three steps before you can get to the escalator. Then a whole flight of steps to come back down. Not very good at all.

Had to go and collect an on-line order , which took about 10 days to arrive . The shop wasn't busy but it took a long time to get served and wait for the order . Just a simple sorry for the wait would of been enough to make me feel happier about my shopping experience. I've got another order coming and am regretting it now .

Inexperienced staff, unwelcoming. Made absolutely no effort to help me whereas they were three and I was the only customer! Ended up leaving without buying anything, they were so unfriendly

Purchased new trainers, all was good except the long wait at the till, only 1 poor girl serving (heard manager say due to sickness levals) but her service was very good

Absolutely shocking customer service. It was pretty much empty when I went in but was waiting ages in the trainer section to get noticed for help! None of the staff seemed interested in their job but rather be chatting in groups with each other. Ended up chucking the trainers back on the shelf and leaving. This shop definitely needs a staff meeting on customer service!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service - easily the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We waited 35 minutes to be seen and the pair of trainers to be brought out from the back. There was one guy in the trainer section who was actually doing his job and helping multiple customers at once, however this was the reason it took 35 minutes for us to be seen. All of the other staff are completely incompetent and just stand near the exits talking to each other. We then waited 20 minutes in the queue and the staff on the tills also had no idea what they were doing. We saw 2 customers put stuff down and walk out. I have no idea where you hired these staff but there needs to be a complete rehiring process for this branch.

Waited what seemed like a lifetime to get a pair of trainers. 3 pairs on display but the assistant could not actually find them in the stores! Why display what you don't have in stock?!!
