Shocking customer service. Bought a swimsuit for my daughter on a hanger that said for age 11.Wrongly labelled and actually for age 7. Two days later brought it back with tags . Fiona the manager told me the assistant must of told me you never ever get a refund on swimwear as if I had lied that no one had mentioned this at all then told me I should have seen signs around the till. Rude and illogical, what a tragic waste of time hope they go bust because they deserve to the way they treat people. Wish I could give negative numbers ! Mis-sold the wrong size but not even an exchange . Be very very wary as they really don’t care as soon as they have taken your money that’s it !

"Shocking" customer service. I was purchasing the last display pair of golf shoes as a present , and despite what I deemed as a clear blemish in the display shoe , the Store manager Fiona made me and her customers wait nearly 10 mins sending the poor cashier back and forth to reject my claims. I approached her directly but she wasn't interested in my concerns.To treat me and the customers waiting in this manner, in my honest view, is stubborn and pathetic to say the least. I spent £90 in store , why as an organisation would you risk losing a customer for the sake of a couple of quid ? What we talking here? A 10% discount? Utterly baffling. I won't be going back there , the store will be closed before long with that level of service.

I waited 20 minutes for someone to come and bring me another pair of sneakers, I went and requested them, the gentleman said to wait because he didn't have time

Great customer service from Nneka!
I was waiting to be served at the till and I could appreciate her way of dealing with an old lady in front of me. She was extremely professional but naturally friendly, supportive and empathetic. Great asset for the company!

rude ignorant staff, got to till to pay for items,cashier coughing at till, almost non stop for couple of minutes, wiping her nose and mouth on hand ,while handling my items i said you can leave them there and will pick up others on way out after paying,her reply was whats my bloody problem, and after coughing all over my receipt and going to put it in my hand, when i refused to take receipt,had the cheek to look me in my face and say i used my tissue, liar she had nothing in her hand, 3 other people standing behind me waiting to pay for items,saw what she did and left and put the items back on the rails, hello hello we are still in a covid pandemic, was shocked at this persons hygiene, then trying to have a pop at me,wow, where do they get their staff from,asian supervisor at upstairs tills.

Absolutely shocking, no way anyone has genuinely put 5 stars for this store. We had to buy some new shoes for a 4 year old who had splint fitted for her leg and foot. Had to find shoes to fit, so we have to buy 2 different sizes of the same shoe. Not to easy to put them on her in store, so we bought 4 pairs. Tried to take the ones that didn't fit back. Refused a refund by ignorant and rude people. Gave us store credit, tell you something now. Keep the money, got no interest in ever stepping foot in your store ever again. Absolutely vile.

Horrible customer service. We will never go back to this Sports Direct. Half of the items we wanted to buy were marked up when we billed them at till. And the billing person was very rude about it when we asked them about it saying its not his problem that we have to pay double of the marked price. In this day and age this is unacceptable. We left the store without buying anything.

Nobody picks the phone up, it doesn’t matter what time you ring they just don’t bother to answer,on line shopping great but anything else very poor
