I was very disappointed on customer service today 07/0920 4.15pm
Mistaken price tag in store could have been resolved nicely and professionally! Their mistake and I was made uncomfortable to the point I had to mention cctv cameras? Why?
I told the manager that the staff members were all unprofessional, rude, assuming things and defensive straightaway instead of rectifying a misleading mistake going against trading standards done by them! Overpriced and not going by price stickers on the whole rail!
Avoid as it feels like they will rip you off for their own mistakes!
Will not be back to that store until head office trains their members of staff on basic customer service! Loud music! Ignorant behaviour!
We are spending our money so please show some respect! Shame on the rude staff!
No customers should be made to feel this uncomfortable!

Has sports and fading from huge range of accessories retailers from Nike, adidas, NB, sketchers, puma, Levi’s, north face ,under armour and more. This store is super big and crazy ! You need to self help. I would get into smaller stores of JD . Alternately look up online as they run the same discounts as in store

I went to the store this afternoon to get some trainers, having chosen my pair I approached the gentleman to request them and there was a long wait to get them to come but being a busy Saturday afternoon I can understand this.
What annoyed me firstly when it came was I was only allowed to try one of the trainers on! Why is this the case, if I buy trainers I want to try both of them!
Secondly the gentleman was overwhelmed with requests, you need at least 3 people to take these requests.
Also some people were able to pay for their trainers in the trainers section but because I was also buying tops I had to go and queue up at the main cashier and my trainers were taken to the till.
I found the experience extremely frustrating and will not return to this particular store, I understand if it is busy but if I want to do something like buying trainers I want to try them both on and not outside the store to confirm they both fit.
The idea of allowing people to pay for trainers at the trainer section is good especially at busy times, but don't not do this is someone is buying additional items particularly where the queue for the main cashier wasn't that long.

Good store and very reasonable prices. I bought some Under Armour gear and it was 60 GPB less than regular prices. The manager on the first floor was professional and courteous and exchanged some shoes without issue. Very happy with experience here. Good selection.

My mum and I were served by a pleasant guy named Trey whilst shopping for football shoes for my little brother. Despite it being very busy and him being the only shop worker on the floor at the time, he was extremely lovely and and helpful.

Overall my experience was good. Got to browse and try on lots of different trainers, the clearance rack is the one I eventually found my trainer on. The staff in the trainer section were good and got me my trainers relatively quickly given how busy the store was, I was able to pay for it there. The security and loss prevention procedures in place are very good, then again given the clientele JD usually attracts i guess it has to be, would be difficult to shoplift anything from here, although not impossible.

There were rude and very slowly personal. I even couldn’t try both of my trainers, they didn’t let me do this. Could you imagine? Then I got home, it is appeared that I got different trainers. They were from one box, but made differently. Also, couldn’t bring appropriate size and super loud music👩🏿‍🚀

The worst experience I ever had they don’t want to return my things until I pay for the return ! What kind of service is this what kind of store is this ! Why you put international delivery, and when it’s come to return they don’t have internal return! Are you serious !!!! The worst thing ever
