Came in and politely asked where I can pick up an order from and was met with a weird look and a snide ‘the other side?’ from what i think is one of the managers since she wasn’t wearing a JD shirt just a lanyard. Not out of the ordinary for them to be rude to customers clearly lol so i just turned around and walked away which obviously she didn’t like because she kisses her teeth loud enough for me to hear when I’m already a couple feet away. It’s just not necessary and so embarrassing for her honestly, wish there was some sort of respect for others and themselves. I was served by another guy after and he was polite and helpful.

Last 2 visits I have not been allowed to try on clothes, some staff members very rude too

It's 10:34 and they didn't open the door every time we ask the said we open in 10 minutes very rude staff. They suppose to open at 9:30

One of my favourites places to shop especially when you have three teenagers boys you will never be short of choices, staff are great and very helpful love the bargain.

Shout out to Rhys! He is an absolute star. Went over and above to sort out a return with no bother and he was really genuine and kind. I'm so thankful to him and I'd definitely return to the store!

Terrible. First of all they charged me £30 for a bag when the price tag says £28 but I don’t care for the £2.
The most horrific thing is the lady that was in the store today at 18.00. I asked a simple question and it’s like I killed her. She had a face like she didn’t want to be there and she looked at me and my partner with total disgust.
Girl, if you don’t like customer service work somewhere else. I am not going to this store ever again

Was served by a very nice lady who was very polite and helpful & also said it may be her last day due to manager and his opinions I think she was the best staff member in any store I’ve been to… I believe her name was Rebecca
