We went into this shop yesterday to have a look at some new trainers for my partner. We wanted converse or vans, we managed to get my partner some white ones which due to one of the white shoes being off colour the manager agreed to discount which I thought was a nice touch. I also bought myself a pair of converse. I have to say the layout is odd I didn’t realise the womens were on the back of the juniors until asking, even when I did I actually preferred the mens range. Some of the staff were smiling others not so much. It was a strange atmosphere.

Please remove your staff if they are not willing to work.
I literally can’t believe I just went to this shop to argue with someone who prefers to stand by the door instead of doing his job.
This young man’s behaviour is discussing and needs to be thought proper customer service.

Asked to try 3 pairs of shoes in a size 8. First pair turned up in an 8.5. Second pair a size 10 third pair the wrong colour. Then asked for a pair for my daughter in a size 3 they never turned up. Walked out ordered mine from Nike direct and daughters on line.

Helpful staff . Although they must be on commission for the trainer spray ! Offering to everyone . I wasn't even buying & got the talk ⚒️

I think we disturbed sale asistans when we asked for a shoe size.

Staff very un helpful at Cheshunt when trying to use a blue light card. Stating due to he age if their tills he was unable to add the code.

I went in store yesterday at Harlow branch and brought a pair of trainers good service. But today I'm trying to call the branch but they NEVER answer, how frustrating! I only want ask a question didn't want go to town just to ask. And that's why I give two stars, if they answered my call then I would give 5 stars.
