Adidas Outlet Store

Ordered some personlised trainers with Adidas last week, they arrived promptly however when I tried them on, the right shoe had an insole in smaller than the shoe it self which makes it very uncomfortable. When contacted Adidas to resolve this issue I got told I can return the item and get a full refund however I would just prefer 20% partial refund when I suggested this (cheaper for them and easier for me) I was told that they cannot do that. I would rather not return at this time due to the current situation and being vulnerable and its not helpful that they cannot help me out which also saves them money. This is a quality issue in which I was hoping for money off rather than returning, receiving refund and re ordering.

A good shopping experience. The prices are a little bit high and the so called "sales" doesn't offer you much satisfaction...

I have bought and paid for 3 Items, however lady on the till put in my bag just 2 of them, realised it when I arrived home ( totally different city more then 1h driving from the store). Tried to contact the telefon number for Gloucester adidas outlet, but looks like the phone doesn't work at all! Tried to text with the general customer service and they said there is nothing they can do and I need to drive back to store which is super far. No one able to help even it is easy to check on the store CCTV camera... Super bad customer service, did not expect that 😳
