I went there twice and In both occasions I had a good customer service . I asked some questions on shop floor, staff took me always to the aisle i was looking for ...i returned 1 item out of the date, they kindly exchange the item with no fuss !
So overall I can't complaint at all .
All good.

Back to the store yesterday 15.05.2022, I was served by two males that were both great . I tried a few trainers and ended up buying one pair . They were friendly, professional and happy to help .

Please dedicate some time to train your staff how to behave while they carry out a customer face role. Today the young woman who serving customers at the till was loudly complaining that she wanted to go home. Shall we feel bad as your customers that we shop from your outlet, and we keep her busy? Does she need something more to motivate her? Or probably not the right job for her? I will leave this on you. Other than that, I always find items at your store that fit my needs and my budget.

How is it possible that I had to apologize to two employees to ask a question because they were too busy talking to each other?

Associates were very attentive and helpful. They were quick to assist and even went in the back to check and get all the sizes requested .... the young man at the Chelsea fan base area was exceptional. He walked up to me and asked what I wanted and got it for me. Very nice experience overall.

Offers and discounts are great. And they always have what i want.

Poor customer service
Manager rude and dismissive the Manager in shift at 17:07 can not manage conflict. When public support he throw out customer. Never spending my money again in Brixton Sports Direct - poor management unable to listen to public criticism.

the attention is lousy. They are not interested in selling, just vacating as soon as possible or making you choose the most expensive pair. I chose some nike kids at £38 and they wanted to sell me the same ones but for adults at £69. Buy online and avoid bad attention from sellers. The girls in the box are very friendly.
