Absolute horrific experience I will never forget when I tried to buy a shoe from this store and I got called a racial slur from which I soon learned his name was Elias and if I could remember the other young boy he was a height challenged and also his knees bent sidewards but as I was walking out the Elias gentleman called me the N word and as a huge fat young man with a big beard standing at the door who bared witnessed I’d asked him what that gentleman’s name was and the other fella said no comment I walked out with disgust never shopping here again

The manager in that store is very rude like the way she talks to customer is like she is doing big favour , very rude to be a manager , doesn’t know to talk to customer . She doesn’t deserve that position .

Extremely poor customer service. In google the closing time is 7pm. I reach the shop at 6pm, those guys who is didn’t allow me to enter the shop. And the thing was I just want to return one product no to buy anything at the moment. So it not take too much time.

The worst customer service ever. I asked them a shoe polish and they have given me a shoe cleaner. After I realized they gave me a shoe cleaner instead of a polish, I wanted to change the item or get the refund. Even the item was not opened. But the staff and the manager (the lady) refused and saying rude things. She put the blame to me without saying sorry. They are ruruining the brand of JD. Dont go the JD shop at Hounslow High Street (not in the Treaty Centre). 👎

Extremely poor customer service. Never going to any JD sports ever again. After selecting a shoe and asking to bill, we saw the staff take the box and went and hide behind the door. When we asked the cashier about our shoe, she asked us "how many minutes ago? What size exactly? I don't see the shoe here". I saw the staff who had my shoe talk to the cashier literally seconds before we walked to the counter. Awful. Just absolutely awful. I wonder if this is the way they treat all customers or if it's to particular cases.

Shop is well presented but there is a lack in variety in products as compared to other JD Stores. Furthermore the products JD are selling are not well priced due to the fact you can get the same products at much cheaper prices in other shops within Hounslow already. I’d recommend this JD store to re assess their pricing and also consider the product line they’re selling.

JD Hounslow Highstreet (not the one in Treaty centre) - Very poor customer service, not going there again. They looked at me as if, they are giving me free. When I tried to give the feedback while coming he was talking rubbish which didn't make any sense to me. I think this kind of workers ruin the brand JD and their customer service. No wonder, I see many people sharing the same experience.
