It's also always brilliant for collecting online orders, which is always handy if you park on the free 20 min bay on East Road.
When I was paying for the item, their staff told me if I paid by cash, I can refund it within 28 days back into cash.
However, I ended up forgetting to bring the wetsuit with me when I went to the beach this Monday, and when I went into the store today to return the item, the staffs were impolite and stressed and warned me that I should know my consumer right, as it can *only* be returned into a credit note (mind you it is just a receipt that could’ve been easily lost) or exchanged to another item.
I feel scammed about this matter, even if your company is on the brink of bankruptcy, the least you could do is at least keep the customers who frequently visit your store by keeping to your words.
I will be doing my sportswear purchases elsewhere like JD or Amazon, as I am totally given up hope on this store’s reputation.
I wish putting ➖ 1 stars! This so lower customer service I sown in my life.I spend 25 minutes looking for fitting rooms and I still don’t find 😹😹😹😹😹это пиздец полный! Well first the guy who was serving me acted like he never heard of a gift recipt 🙄 and I dont know what he did but he mucked something up and couldnt give me a gift receipt just a normal one
-I mean fair enough we all make mistakes and I know it's not the end of the world but then the other cashier next to him was trying to make me go saying you can still return the item with the normal receipt but I said that's not the point I still need a gift receipt , I was starting to get annoyed by this point.
Anyway eventually a manager came over and said we cant give it to you now as the transaction is complete. Another customer said just return it and redo the transaction-fine can I do that ? "You can but need to go upstairs for it" now this wouldnt of been a problem if any of the sales assistants were apologetic or helpful but all 3 of them (manager included) just spoke to me like they couldnt be bothered and basically didnt care.
In the end I gave up I said is normal receipt in the bag "yes" when I checked no receipt at all and the guy had shoved the jumper in the bag .
Honsetly I know sports direct is cheap but c'mon all three of them were so rude one of the worst services I've ever experienced
