2stars because i found what i wanted but seriously why do you pay people on the floor?? A supervisor(i believe since she was telling a new employee how to login to his account and check details etc.) a lady she was just standing there talking with employees ignoring customers, i tried to ask her for size 11 on specific shoes.. the right shoe was on display but i couldn't find the left which eventually i found myself inside a box labeled size10 and she said we only have whatever is there and turned back to her colleague to keep chatting.. on the other hand employees on tills have very helpful and friendly

Very friendly staff, especially the guys that help you get the shoes, really great customer service. And the store manager is also very helpful and cool.
Would recommend!

Okay shop. Staff are a bit slow at the tills. Asian security guard is very welcoming. A very warm guy. That’s it with my experience there. UPDATE: Where on earth do sports direct get these staff from? Zero customer service skills, extremely unfriendly girl and supervisor. . If you don’t like you job then change it. Dear Management, don’t you train your staff? Training needs to be reviewed A.S.A.P.

Excellent staff assistants. It was particularly quiet although wasn't the only customers in the store.
Was shopping with a particularly fussy teenage girl and the assistant showed a lot of patience and giving a lot of advice which ended in two shoes purchased. The assistants tolerance made my experience a whole lot more tolerable. Five stars all day long.

I had to write a review about my experience here. The closing manager of the store was really friendly and helpful when I needed football boots last minute. Her colleague was also kind and helpful. Thank you and I will be back again soon!

There is a selling assistant who is name Ahmed great costumer services.
He is always trying to help us, my son really likes him.
