Manager is bad person,people insight dosnt accept 1 week notice when you buy product!!! I buy shoes 1 week and was bad size i go back but just forget clean under walk shoe. Manager told was use and tell him i buy for walking not for watching!!!

JD sports is a dreadful store. I bought 2 pairs of jogging bottoms for my son's holidays. Both pairs had incomplete pockets & he list 60euros. Still not resolved. Disgusting customer service.would NEVER shop here

The new JD Sports in Mansfield is a great shop, i went yesterday to replace a pair of trainers my son had stolen & they couldn't have been more helpful, extremely friendly & happy to help staff a credit to the store, thanks again for all your help.

Brought some new air max asked for size 9 after trying a display pair but the one I tried was filthy so I asked the guy who was on the shop floor that I wanted a pair out of the back and I don’t want them if this is the last pair and I would choose a different colour, he said no we have them in the back I’ll fetch you a pair so brought them I got home and opened the box and guess they have been a got the last size 9 of the shelf which is filthy so must of been that last pair the lying 🤥 spent 20 minutes cleaning them for £135 expected better from jd not happy I would of brought them online but 9s out of stock!

Went into Jd Mansfield today just having a browse. Asked a member of staff to try on a pair of shoes to which I did. As I was trying the shoes on I felt very uncomfortable, staff were laughing whilst looking at me and my friends. I then asked for the pair of shoes in a size up, to which I then further got laughed at. I have never felt more anxious and uncomfortable in a shop to which I just wanted a simple browse which resorted in being a joke to the staff, when I was just simply trying on a pair of shoes. Very rude and abrupt staff don’t recommend anyone shopping here awful place !

credit where its do the staff were helpful but asking for a pair of size 12 trainers i might aswell save fuel and not bother going order online and hope u like what u get.

Staff were extremely rude and did not want to help. Asked one staff member to check for my size and the reply I got was “ I aint got a scanner” and walked off. Rude and obnoxious. Eventually someone helped and told me they had the size I was after upstairs. Waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t have them. Didn’t suggest to order them and I will not be returning. EVER.

Went in this weekend looking to purchase a pair of shoes , a handsome young man called 'Sam martin' came straight up to me . Very welcoming individual , took me by the hand and kissed me . He changed everything that night , I now feel 10 feet tall and ready to fight the worlds evils . From the bottom of my heart , thank you Sam I may not have found the shoes but i found myself . Love you forever xox
