It’s a not a shopping experience but a good memory for a full year! Love to shop more from this place!

Bought one Air Jordan!

Air Jordan is an American brand of basketball shoes, athletic, casual, and style clothing produced by Nike. These shoes were designed for Nike by Peter Moore, Tinker Hatfield, and Bruce Kilgore.

Fantastic comfortable light weight Shoe!

The English lady who served me with long brown hair and glasses was very professional and nice. I managed to return an item and exchange a pair shoes smoothly. I will be going back here again. Happy customer :)

It's OK, nice size and OK shoe selection BUT LIKE MOST JDs the staff are so bloody rude and they have so much attitude its ridiculous.

As I was walking in the young girl who worked there came walking towards me and didn't even move or acknowledge me or say sorry when she pushed passed me.

Another one when I asked for the pair of shoes in my size the staff member sighed at me like I was asking to much of him.....not the fact I was trying to spend some money in this store (I had £300) burning a hole in my pocket and it needed to go BUT due to the rudeness of the staff that money went else where.

Most of the staff are some of the most useless bunch you will have the luck of encountering. Wanted to buy an item on sale, which was clearly marked on the label as on sale and had new price. Got to till and was told it is not actually on sale and I have to pay full price. I asked her why does it say on sale, and she tried to remove the sale ticket from it. I said can I speak to a manager, and the useless bunch behind the tills all shouted at once "we're all managers here" and they're not gonna reduce the price. There was no point trying to argue with this gang of 'managers' so as I was leaving, they started slagging and laughing about my request in front of other customers. The concept of customer service does not exist in this store - don't dare complain about anything if you don't want to be ganged up by these fake teen 'managers', lol.

Went to the store to buy a couple of trainers and I must say, my shopping experience at JD sports weren't the greatest I had. Saw a pair of timberland shoes and requested a specific size from the JD staff. He took the shoe, scanned it handed me the shoe and asked me to return it to the shelf where I took it from. 😑 OK, the vive I got from this particular staff seem to emit not caring in the world nor focusing on customer service. It did not end there, when I went to the till to pay for the shoes, further staff members talking amongst themselves being very unprofessional in their duties. Hearing and witnessing, "You guys are really getting on my t*ts". And on top of that, the person who was serving me made me feel uncomfortable, not only what she said but how she was presented on behalf of JD sports. She had the most miserable look on her face as if she hated her job and she just didn't feel like treating the customers with any respected.
I'm sure I might be the small minority to have this bad experience or some of you might come across the same vibe, but one things for sure is that the staff in JD sports need to treat customers with respect.

I don’t blame the staff, they’re overworked. But two days before Xmas there was one guy in the men’s sneaker section dealing with two dozen orders, the pair I asked for never came. Went opposite to buy the pair instead.

JD is one store I can be sure where things are. I went in to purchase a bag for my son which had disappeared from the online range. Luckily they had just the one I wanted. Very happy!
The store was pretty busy but we'll stocked and tidy with plenty of staff on hand. The till point was manned by 2 members of staff and the queue was pretty small. The young man who served me was very friendly and smiled, nice to see!
If I had one gripe it would be the room around the clothing racks, it's a bit tight. Other than that, very happy with my visit.
After purchasing the pictured bag, I ended up returning it as I felt the quality did not quite match the price it was selling for. It's the 2nd Air Jordan bag I have purchased for my son but the first bag was such better quality, much more roomier and only a fraction more of the cost. I decided on another Nike brand instead, one that I felt would last a college year! 😉

Called the store prior to travelling there and that actually answered the phone! Spoke to a nice guy Kane who help me with my request and put the item behind the toll for me to come get it. Great customer service from Kane.
