Given awful service by all members of staff! Who were eating on the Shopfloor whilst serving Customers, Swearing. I purchased a pair of trainers which i was Charged £60 for, when they were clearly Displayed on the Shelf at £20, the Response was "They're £60". I then turned and said id like to be refunded the full amount of £60 which i paid but to keep the other items, when i was then informed "we Cant do no refunds till Thursday". Will not be shopping here again after Ive recieved my Full refund. 1 very unhappy Customer.

I am really disappointed with this "joke" of a store. Me, my wife and child wanted to look for a pair of vans for myself. They bought the shoes from the stock room relatively quick and the shoes inside the box, did not have the laces done up. The girl had to call someone because she did not know how to do this! Because it was a Sunday I did not want to wait around a bunch of people that did not know what they were doing, so we left. The shops security alarm went off (this went off for every customer btw) so we carried on with our day as no one stopped us. My wife went to look at bed sheets and I went to super drug, they called 5 security guards to get my wife and daughter who is 1, yes I said that right 5 guards. They bought her back to the store and checked through about 10 bags worth of shopping and guess what they found nothing. I then came back and my wife was extremely upset. The best the Galleria could do was me not paying for parking! Even the head of security said they should have not bought so many security guards for a woman, daughter and 10 shopping bags!! They are lucky I was not there at the time as I would have recorded this awful behaviour, I will be escalating this and wish I recorded the behaviour as this would have most definitely gone viral.

Shop assistant very helpful, but did not have the item I wanted. However went into TK Max they had the item and more, so thumbs up to tk max (item fitness bands) and at a good price.

I got my first Nike tracksuit here and I had a few issues. The 2 ladies at the front of the store were in a conversation for an incredible amount of time. Even after I had got help from them they went back to their conversation.

I could also not get a matching tracksuit as someone had decided to buy the bottom half and leave the top meaning I wasn’t able to get the same colours which was very disappointing.

Pretty poor, staff looked miserable and couldn't be bothered to smile at customers, at least they were slightly better than sport's direct, they looked more miserable. Must be the weather

We went in after Xmas woth our children to spend some Christmas money, they chose there bits and added the prices together on the tags but when got to the till they were a lot dearer than they should of been. We asked why and was told must be a error when priced up. She would not budge and let us have them for the price it stated which we thought were reasonable. We told the mkeep the items we'd spend our money elsewhere. Seems we were not the only ones who had this issue.

Lovely store and service, even found shoes for larger people 13 plus

Worst customer service I've experienced in a decade. We are trying to get a refund or exchange for a defective pair of Nikes. This is our second visit and we've been here an hour while the staff faff with paperwork. Unbelievable inability to conduct a basic statutory customer process.
