Unfortunately the way how the staff is speaking, especially the security gay, I had a bed experience with this staff members. I get in, with a hoodie ( I did not know about their policies, because it is does not show any where at the entrance) when he asked me to remove the the hoodie, absolutely not polite and with very inadequate body language, I have answered that I cannot because of my health problem, HE told me “than get out”. I try to explain and even to show them my medical documents that I have be aware from air conditioner, then I thought way I have to do it? Hope no one will know how is to have health problem and to be treated in this way.

Large Sport Direct store situated outside liberty shopping mall on market place. All varieties of sport wear and shoes are found at reasonable price.

I was buying firetrap chelsea boots from this store for 3 yrs. They was fairly good quality for the price (£90, reduced to £45 for all 3 yrs).

Then the quality of the boot changed, I could see immediately by the gap between the soul and boot on display but, I thought as it's a display I will buy a pair and hope those in the box are better.

They was not better so I returned them and wouldn't have bothered giving a bad review if I was treated better. I don't know if it was a manager or shift runner but they offered to exchange them to which I replied I wanted a refund, not another defect product.

This is what the lady said snarkilly, under her breath......"I'm sure someone will buy them for that price" 😲 I bought them for 3 yrs, they was a good boot. They can shove my business now!

I now get either ted baker or ben sherman on deals for the same price at much higher quality.

Sports Direct won't last long with that attitude!

Asked to see if 3 pairs of trainers were in stock. All were so good stock. Next to no queue at till. Was clean and well staffed.

Went there to check for some cricket gear, was shown where the gear was by a kind lady working there. Later, when I went to ask about wicketkeeping gloves from another lady who worked there she spoke rudely to me. Was served at the til too from that same lady, no greetings at all

The music in this shop is so loud, I wasn't able to concentrate.

Large store with many lines and not just the lower end brands that you find in other branches. Friendly staff and clean store.

This is how Sport direct have price with discount. I paid 13.99 price with discount if 30% but i was very surprised at home when i tried to remove label and before this, price was 12.99 without discount.
