Enfield store is 2 floors large camping area women's clothes children's clothes men's clothes nice selection of trainers also ample parking as it's part of the retail park however be careful as I have heard many people having issued tickets for staying too long.

Bring the item to till with big sticker on it 14£ and 70% discount but it was mistake and want to charge me full price!!! Manager not available and one rude team member on till!!! Discussed

Service has somewhat improved but they need more staff at busy times. Staff service has improved. Not so clean and lack of maintenance of store let's this place down. Need more selection of products and sizes probably a good Refurb of layout would help

Experienced the worst customer service in Ilford store when returning an unused item. Staff were extremely grumpy, unhelpful and had no basic manners. The till assistant made on error when trying to process my return, which is fair enough, we all make mistakes. So then she passed it on to her manager to sort out but this awful manager made me wait on the side for over 45 minutes. She just continued to serve other customers without taking a moment to deal with my query, like I did not matter or exist. Only after asking repeatedly for an explanation she offered me a mumble but no apology. When I finally vocalised I had enough of waiting she started to do something. I have never been made to feel so unimportant like this before. And she's the manager who is supposed to represent Sports Direct! Wow! The worst thing is I finally only managed to get a credit voucher as they do not do refunds. I will never return to the Ilford store again!

Well not happy as i was there to return an item and tell them that they have over charged me for an item which i did not take ..Even after shoeing the bill and the item printed on it with wrong price representative do not agree and told me that i might have taken some other item . My concern was the item mentioned on the bill and price didnt match to the price shown on the display still nothing was done and i was told to go back get the box and shoes . I work for NHS and it becomes very tough to take leave and visit this shop as its far from my place so my visit went in vain and no one took that into consideration.. If by chance i had not looked at the price charged I wouldn't have known that i was over charged for the item . Reall unhappy that the employees didnt trust and do the needful iam attaching the pictures as well .

Oh my God the manager was so rude my wife, was sitting in the chair and my wife, she was trying to feed the baby and the baby was sleeping and the manager was shouting in my wife. Why are you sitting in this chair I never ever see that kind of rude lady in my life I don’t know why sport dirt make her manager in ilford store very very rude lady I will naver ever go to the store agen in my life 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

One of the Worst experiences in my life. I bought shoes those seem good enough. At home, they were not fitting and badly injured my big toe. I went back. I spoke truth that I have tried them. They said just clean it a bit ,we will exchange but then salesman available at till at 05.01.2023 at 01:13 pm mistreated me and refused the exchange. I went to the manager. She was. Very unfriendly and didn't listen to me. She kept wrapping the clothes instead. She even didn't tell her name and said that customers can't know our names. Pathetic!!!
Just look at other people's reviews as well. They think it's a brand we come to. They are just spending a good time having no consumer consideration at all. Throwing someone with a rigid approach doesn't make any sense.

Worst customer service, Actually there have so much good collections of products, but the sales team don't know how to treat customer. I chose one of the shoes from the display and ask the sales representative for the other one , somehow she gives an another shoes and leave. Sports direct team should train the employees for customer services.
