Sports direct had so many really nice trainers, some great ones and lovely colours for children too.
Reasons for the 4* rank.... we was waiting for 15 mins for someone to get the trainers we wanted, and still no one come, there was no one on shop floor in every Isle.
On a Friday morning, you would expect a better service... they were however friendly.

Horrible staff. They were all extremely disrespectful and rude. When we asked for help they were being very impatient and seemed very annoyed. When we were looking through the shoe collections one of the employees said “Urgh you guys messed all up.” Absolutely disgusting behaviour and would not come here again.

Awful staff with absolutely no desire to be there and not at all helpful whatsoever. The products are often dirty with lots of caps having marks and dirt on them, tops gathering dust from the store and shoes poorly displayed. Not a good selection of female shoes either unless considering hiking shoes. Clothes range is decent with good brands throughout however. Prices are good.

Okay, got what we went for even though there was no staff for a while to help upstairs but when we came down a staff was sent instantly.

I never knew this shop was there but when I went I got a very nice service, I met a lady think her name was Kisha or Kera I cannot remember but she was very helpful by helping me pick out some tracksuits for my son. I never knew what to buy and she was very kind and patient with me. Sorry I couldn’t remember her name but thank you my son loved both tracksuits 😊

Me and the family have been here a few of times within the last handful of years for mainly footwear.

The store is based within the 'Greenwich shopping Park' area, so locating it isn't a problem.

The service provided is of a good standard, although due to it being busy majority of the time, it may take a couple of minutes to get the attention of staff there because they are always on the move helping with one thing or another, this is more of an issue during the weekends.

They have a large range of things on sale as you may expect but you can also order via their website to be picked up in-store, which is always helpful.

We've been fine with their service from our experience but this may differ from customer to customer.

They opened a GAME store inside but they make you go from tilt to tilt in different floors because they don’t know how to opera them, horrible service.
Just avoid them
