2 weird staff on the front desk, get your eyes checked as you loved watching other people trying to shop in peace making me very uncomfortable i payed for my items then left the shop, I love jd but will never shop in welwyn city jd again. The 2 other staff meeting and greeting customers at the front of the shop entrance very freindly and welcoming.

Excellent service in the Welwyn Garden City shop. Very helpful knowledgeable assistant.

Tried to buy sports socks today. Took them to counter, no interaction from female assistant at all. She couldn't get security tag off. After trying for a while without speaking to me, finally asked me to get another pack from shelf. As there wasn't anymore in the size I wanted, I left the shop without a purchase.
Young lady needs some customer service training.

Not as well stocked as others like it/ competition just as good or better

Opening hours clearly state closing time is at 6pm
Not 5:20pm all staff still in store being paid for the remainder of their hours pay. But not allowing customers into the store by closing the barrier.
Get new staff

Unfriendly service this morning at JD! I came to collect an order which could not be found as they had taken my name incorrectly. The manager was rude and seemed to not want to acknowledge me waiting /communicate. My order however was collected eventually, will not return!

got 70£ vans from here and only been under 3 weeks but the sole is already peeling up somehow, and the laces were stained from the material by the 2nd day.

Asked for a size 8/9.and was brought s size 6.5 in a size 9 box.

So they might tell you they haven't got your size but might do , just because they have put them in the wrong box.
