I came into the store to quickly buy some trainers. The member of staff was exceptionally rude and I left to buy them online at home. Why the high street is dying in a nutshell.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
I made 2 separate purchases from JD's. the first time I only received 1 of my items and the rest I was told would be delivered. I ended up canceling the order myself and got my money back. The second time I order I didn't get any of my items at all. I filled out their missing orders form and then was ignored well past the time I was told I would get a response. When I chased for an update I was told it's been rejected as they believe I've received all my items and that I should contact my payment provider. Never shopping here again. JD used to be a good shop I am warning everyone I know to not shop here at all. absolutely horrible.

Avoid this shop at all costs. The staff are terrible, surly, moody, unhelpful and rude. If you don't like your job THEN LEAVE. There are so many jobs out there atm there really is no excuse.

Terrible service. Prices of clothes are different to what is being advertised.
I get to the till to find out the offer trousers is incorrect. Like not even an apology. Wasted my time on this branch. Not coming back for sure.

Rude, unhelpful staff. Literally avoiding eye contact with you. Hate these sorts of places at the best of times, but this place really proves why.

WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO KNOWLEDGE IN CUSTOMER HANDLING 😒

The Lady Manager is Boss in JD wandsworth southside shop. After buying shoes for 50 pounds not even an hour when we are returning the shoes. She had denied to refund it. One of awful experience with the lady in the entire UK 🇬🇧. Never recommend anyone to go that shop due to that lady . Until she is there no customer will turn in to this shop
@ JD management please take necessary action on that lady as you are not serving customer and customer is not satisfied with the service.. very disappointed 😞

Recently I bought some Nike trainers.
Wore them for 2 hours and the next day when I am about to put them in I feel a metal on my ankle that digs into my skin when I walk.
Took this trainers to the shop, Southside Wandsworth, they said trainers needed to go to head office for investigation.
Investigation result was that they were not faulty at all! Excuse: I HAVE PUT MT FOOT TOO HARD ON THE TRAINER. I wore trainers all my life an have plenty of them used for LONGER THAN 2HRS and never had this issue. I left the trainers in the store cause I can’t wear them as they hurt me.
Spoke with customer services manager, he said I need to send the trainers to warehouse but it is very likely that the claim my not be accepted again. So why bother??? Had to go into the store get the trainers, call them again and send trainers for warehouse all to be rejected again. I asked why they just could not collect the trainers from one of their shop as it is part of the company. They said that I have to do that! Ohhhh and of unsuccessful I can not be given refund or a new pair of trainers so I will lose £55 and I am not gonna have the trainers. Too much hassle to get a NO!
As I said to the manager, THEY CAN STAY WITH THE TRAINERS AND THE MONEY IF THAT MAKES THEM HAPPY.
However, I will spread my experience all over the news!
This is what you get when you choose JD over NIKE shop!
Ridiculous…

Why are all sport’s retailers such bad places to shop in? This is just like the rest. Particularly poor range of products here.
