This shop is good but there are 2 reasons why I would give it a 4. One reason is when I was about to buy a pair of flip flops. Instead of one pair being in pounds it was instead in euros. Another reason is because of a few balls. Most of the balls are fully pumped but however others weren't fully pumped. There is a lot of football boots, trainers etc. and it wasn't too bad for my shopping day

Called serval times throughout the day. Don’t answer. When they did answer. They ignored my hello and all you could hear in the background was them saying they could hear the hello but no one had answered it and bickering who to take the call before they hung up. Terrible service

Once we got the attention of the floor staff it was a good experience. We was purchasing sports trainers. Plenty of choices

If i could give them a lower score I would’ve given, customer service it’s something that the manager in there don’t know, they sell defective products and don’t take responsibility for them.
Trading standards are aware and will contact you soon.

Returning a faulty item and the manager in charge doesn't know the regulations about this. INCOMPETENT.

I was looking for a long winter coat not got my size in the sale not sure if they will get any more in next delivery.

They have good sale on display but not enough staff to guide customers in selection process.Also the display of cloth items for different categories are over different places, so customers need to solve the puzzle of finding as there is no visible display stating the category of dresses unlike other competitors.

The shop floor lad was helpful with getting the trainers, but the lad at the tills was about as cheerful as a funeral service.
Also charged me for a bag even tho I had my own bag and told him I had one. I couldn't be bothered with getting 10p back.
