Columbia Sportswear Kensington Store

Great collection, great staff, great customer service. Most satisfied as a customer. I returned a pair of shoes which meant to be waterproof but weren't in heavy rains. The staff was very helpful and they replaced them with a new pair just by showing them the receipt. I call that customer service at its best.

Would be nice if the shop was a little bigger, but I have no real complaints. The clothes here are lovely, as are the staff. They are both knowledgeable and customer-friendly. Staff in certain other shops could learn from the staff here. Top marks all round.

It's July 2022. I do believe this Columbia store in High Street Kensington has shut down - gone - no longer exists.

I went there and found out the shop was completely empty. Sadly I wasted the time to go there. The information need to be updated.

Website gives opening times but the store is not there. A wasted journey. Come on Columbia update your site.
