Awful place, hard to find a member of staff for a stock check and then queue waiting at the till. They won't let you have a refund if you've bought the wrong item, I had the shoes for 2 days, sat in their box the whole time, purchased as a Christmas present and to exchange them for a cheaper pair of trainers but the £32 difference I had to take on credit... it was the first time I've shopped there and will be the last. If I'd have paid £5 for online delivery I would have been able to return these.

The shop is clean and the staff are helpful but the manager has no idea what she is doing! I tried a pair of shoes on and the Insole was faulty! These were the last pair so I asked if she could replace the insoles with gel and she said no. I was about to buy 3 pairs of shoes and she couldn’t give me the replacement insole which was only £6! A descent manager would have swapped the faulty insole and then I would have been happy to purchase over £100 worth of shoes. Bad for business! She needs replacing

Awful customer service avoid at all costs the store manager was very rude. I purchased a pair of trainers the day before however once i had tried them on at home they were tight so i asked for an exchange for the size above. The store manager refused this because i had worn them. They were perfect condition even the store assistant thought the manager was rude and told me to either go to deepdale or come back when the store manager wasnt working as the assistant manager would exchange them amd told me when she was next off work. Ended up exchanging them in deepdale with no problems just shows the store manager is a waste of space and doesnt care about customers in the slightest shouting at me and made me out to be a liar in the middle of the shop pathetic.

Extremely professional staff who provide honest information and help in deciding the most ideal product one may want. I went to buy running shoes recently and have been able to find a quality product that I feel really pleased to use.

Terrible customer service.
Had to ask for an assistant to get my size in two pairs of trainers for my holiday. I was told by two assistant's, having a chat with each other, to go back to the shoe display & wait. I went back & waited, & waited, & waited. In the end I went back to the pay area & told one of the assistant's that I still hadn't been seen & if there were no staff available I would go somewhere else. Immediately she accused me of being rude. I told her I wasn't being rude. She then pointed at the other assistant & said, " look he's busy with someone else". I just left, I didn't hear what she was shouting at me as I walked through the door.
You don't talk to customers like that or shout at them if you want to get a sale. I will spend my money at another store. YOU JUST LOST OUT ON £120.00 SALE. Rude & unhelpful staff with a massive chip on her shoulder.

Incredibly rude staff especially there is this guy who just stands at the entrance and stares at us all the time and telling us where the item should belong to if we take something out of the shelves. And yesterday my kids were looking at a bat and immidiately the manager i think she is and was soo rude and says “thats £60 bat that” and put it back where it was and just walked off. Not just yesterday its always been an unhappy and unpleasant experience in this fisgergate shopping centre branch. If the manager is like that then one can imagine how the other staff would be like.

If I could give zero stars I would. I'd bought 2 Nike tracksuits for my twin toddlers at the end of Nov - to be put away for Xmas. The boys wore the tracksuits once, they were extremely bobbled, I'd never experienced this before, the tracksuits were unwashed and had food spillages on them, the store manager - looked at the items, and smelt them, then told me they had been worn more than once and I'd washed them as they smelt of fabric conditioner! Which I can't use in my washing as both boys have allergies. So called me a liar, was rude and extremely unprofessional, I've never felt so humiliated in my life, Liz stood there smelling my children's dirty clothing and basically calling me a liar. I visited another store and they were amazing and more importantly professional. May I suggest Liz has a refresher course in customer service. I will not be returning to this store again.

Staff seem to work as a team and work hard. Very helpful and friendly and they have a good selection especially trainers. I got some crocs on sale :) it’s surprising what you can find in there it’s laid out tidy as well
