Just been sworn at by the manager infront of my son. He got trainers yesterday for his birthday and they were squeaking. Same pair we had at Christmas with no issues then. Manager said not interested from word go. I had original box, paper inside. Just wanted to exchange but no. Told us to #### off out of his store and in front of customers and school kids. I didn't raise my voice once but I was shaking when I left. Customer services said they can't help with store matters.

Staff were very helpful, and there was a lot of choice. Just lacks some brands for things such as jeans and and denim shorts. Whilst they are a sports shop, if they are selling these items, it would be nice to have something different, rather than a generic brand.

Don’t know why any time I go to the shop, a man who works there and stay behind security monitor straight come to me and ask me what I am looking for. That’s make me feel uncomfortable as he is doing it to me only. Don’t know what he means but doing this. I do understand that the are worried about shop lifters but shouldn’t be like that to effect other customers.

Decent variety of stuff. More geared towards clothing but do have smaller sporting equipment. Staff can be a bit hit and miss but generally helpful and finally open some more tills, perhaps some kind of radio system to call help?

Enjoy very much staying in this hotel, great spacious room , grade 1 listed building . Rooms could be little bit upgraded special toilet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It's like aldi or lidl, cheaper versions of the stuff you get in JD or Footlocker. Not quite the same quality, but good if you're looking for a nice look
