They sell shoes of defective quality (Miso company) sawn after 1 day of use and do not return money or bear any liability for damages. I have sasugated that I was robbed by the manager and confirmed. I definitely do not recommend.

I came to find shoes for my daughter but when I was trying to enter the shop there was an unleashed dog running around the front of the shop and my daughter is scared of dogs so I told the owners of the dog to leash the dog and they slowly did so and I casually entered the shop reassuring my daughter that nothing else was going to happen. I was concerned about other people who might be scared of dogs so I asked a salesgirl if the dog has entered the shop but she asked me if it had anything to do with me because the dog was now gone and she also told me it was a silly question. So I ignore her and went on with my shopping. I personally thought she treated me very disrespectfully and arrogantly and my kids now have a very bad opinion on sports direct. I wish she should get customer care training.

Great service, friendly team and nice warm atmosphere! Oh, and a good pint of Worthington's, cold and smooth on a warm Slough day!!.... ☺

Large store, plenty of trainers etc on display and, if in stock, you can try on before buying.

I purchased a very good pair of sneakers for £20. It was a bargain.

I bought a pair of football boots, shin pads, and socks for my 9year old daughter. Everything was reduced in price, and on sale. My daugher and I are really pleased with the total price and the quality of our purchases.
The staff were cheerful, welcoming and helpful.
You could let them know that Niall sent you, and they would not have clue who you were talking about :-) I strongly Recommend you try them out. :-)

Some of the items are not in good quality and my sons' shoes were damaged after few times of use.
I was personally treated in an appropriate way by this branch staff and manager. I sent an email with how was my experience in this visit and there was no reply and no one in this company cares about customer satisfaction.
Definitely, will not be a customer for this company afterwards.

The shop is medium sized but very dated.
A good range of products but found it difficult to find help due to poor staffing levels.
