Store assistant not very friendly. My little boy just wanted to talk to her while we paid and she ignored him.
Stock levels good and we found what we needed

Visited the new store today, in Burton upon Trent, great layout, plenty of choice, had to buy Rugby and Football boots for my youngest. Good range and styles available. Staff were very helpful and there were plenty available to ask for help. Will be going again shortly, did end up with a random buy.....2 new umbrellas down by the tills. They have prices for different budgets. Pleasantly surprised with my bill.

Could be better in trainers NIKE.
And NIKE products in general is poor.

Not visited here on this occasion, but went not long ago and got a great deal on trainers

Rude customer service staff. Not one of them can give you a service with a smile or even speak without being polite. Don’t work where you have to interact with customers maybe?

Got me a new trainers.
