JD Sports

Customer service is non existence in this store and issue is the staff. Very unhelpful. They are polite but not much help which is a shame. They wouldn't accept accept my return before 28 days. I had to go all the way to London and staff there were smiley and welcoming and to my surprise accepted my return with no argument or just couple of standard questions.

Half empty store, had to order online, can’t try anything on and the payment has been taken yet two weeks later it’s still not arrived - poor sales knowledge !

Nice store, the staff are incredibly unfriendly. Handing over £200 feels less comfortable when you know you're niether respected or welcome for interrupting a gossip conversation.

Very bad service! Arrogant staff have attitude, I think you are missing a smile on your faces especially at the tills!

Extremely disappointing service. I made a click and collect order to this store yesterday and could not collect. Although the items I ordered were clearly on display in the store. When cancelling my order by phone, I was told by customer service that they should have tried to fulfill my order with available stock. But no attempt was made. I was told I would have to buy it again. Yes pay twice. As far as I am concerned. If jd sports advertises a click and collect service the items you ordered should be IN STOCK or they should tell you when they will be. Every other store works this way. This is the third time I have had a bad experience in this particular jd sports. From their rude and arrogant staff. Even though this is the closest jd to me, I will never return to it and will go elsewhere either Hatfield or Watford.

Staff helpful, respectful - one pair of Nike sneaks were discounted but same in another colour were full price, no problems. Also ended up buying things I didn't expect to, haha great sales AND I did need that stuff too anyway, for work, so all good all round.

Visited store yesterday , unbelievably no members of staff had masks on. This is now mandatory so if the staff can't be bothered why would customers. I didn't hang around and made my purchase when I got back home in dunstable where they dofollow government guidelines

Having visited this store at the weekend I was surprised that not one member of the staff was wearing a face covering, if your customers are able to show courtesy to help protect you perhaps you could show them the same and wear a face covering !!
