Goods arrived promptly great. However way too small, despite website saying they would be true to size.

On the website it says "hassle free returns " there is no mention of any costs to return items on the website, therefore implying returns would be free of charge. It just says goods can be returned within 60 days.

Rang to complain, lady extremely unhelpful just kept giving me the spiel it was their "policy".

Very poor customer service won't use this company again. Awful experience.

Excellent experience with Wetsuit Outlet, had an issue with PayPal and meant I'd missed the 1500 delivery deadline, but a quick call with Caroline meant it was all sorted and board arrived next day. Great piece of kit, great customer service, couldn't recommend more highly.

My wetsuit didn’t hold up, not their fault. They did give me store credit but unfortunately I didn’t find anything that took my fancy so I made a call to a lovely women called sylvie (sorry if spelling is wrong). I asked if I could just have my money back into my bank account. She didn’t lie and was honest about knowing what to do. Only took 30mins and I had my full refund. Absolutely amazing service really really well done guys keep it up. Will definitely buy from you again in the future and will definitely recommend you!!

Just about to kit ourselves out for family summer fun season and decided to check out their reviews (go straight to the lowest scores first as its a true indicator if things go wrong and how they deal with you in such an event)...wouldnt touch them with a bargepole even if they offered 99% off. There are better companies out there who do appreciate the customer pays the wages.

Not only was my wet suit not true to size, i had to pay 24 dollars to send it back to them, because they dont provide a shipping label and i had to pay 6 dollars to send it to my self the first time totaling a loss of 30 bucks for shipping with no merchandise! save your money you worked hard for its not worth the risk of buying something that might not fit we all know how that goes when buying on line.
