Very tiny & cramped store, but does have a fairly good range of books, magazine's & stationary, & service is friendly when you arrive at the small check-out, but does also have 1 self serve machine if you're in a rush.

It's a bit small and untidy, always. At least they're not doing the hard sell of chocolate at the till any more. I wish they sold jigsaw puzzles for adults here, the WHSmith range of puzzles is excellent.

Went to collect an online purchase . They couldn't find it, I insisted they had emailed me to say it was there, they had another look in the cupboard and found it. Either untidy stock or less than interested staff.

Good selection of magazines but too much promotion of confectionary. It's a real put-off.

Good service but the shop is very small so it's difficult to move around during busy times.

Not a great selection, more of a stationary newsagents now to be honest.

Some children's books and one shelf for the top 40 bestsellers but no difference to what you'd find in Tesco. Better off going to the one in Gloucester or Cheltenham

Not a huge selection and hard to find a member of staff. It's all self serve tills but not very efficient if you need assistance.

What an absolute delight to be served in this lovely little shop. I believe I am their favourite customer too. I take my dhl parcels to their drop off point every week, the joy on their faces makes me feel very important. The way the manager looks and speaks to me, she is truly shining with happiness, she is a customer service assistant of the year and deserves an award.
