the shop itself is ok but the postal services are a joke. always long queues the self service never works, it's no use calling for assistance cuz there is never enough staff. horrible experience. just horrible. if you have to post anything do yourself a favour and go to another post office even if it means going further.

Very supportive with sorting out the forms we needed and had to fill. Even suggested to buy a envelope at a cheaper place so we wouldn't be charged so much. In all pleasent time shopping

5 people in queue In front of me and 4 behind, two people at the counter one person pushed in! Would be fair if they didn't serve her staff should of told her to queue wait like everyone else! Some people are so selfish not right.

Store is being neglected by WH Smith. The staff inform me they have been told by head office that 'we are being understaffed for a reason.' given that this is our only post office in Harlow Town that doesnt feel acceptable. The main desk looks like it hasnt been tidied in a decade. Which might explain why your undertrained overworked staff don't know how to register that a click and collect has arrived on the system. So we dont get confirmation emails to tell us our order is in. For that reason i was calling the store to check if my order was there before making the trip into town. 'we cant answer the phone because we dont have the staff'. WH smith are clearly wanting to close this branch but cant because its the post office.

Very rude staffsecurity guard ignored me three times said I hi still no response anyway went to the till no one serve me rang the Bell 4 times sill no one come a lady just round the corner who knew dame well I was at till waiting came to the till nopology very rude won't go in there again will be complaining soon bad customer service again lady at till was rude she been told three times it joke she horrible wonder why won't give me name probably she knows going take it ther now and also tall boy no hep wot so ever

They let the phone ring and they ignore it on purpose to get you to just come in so they don't have to deal with you its an absolute joke of a store needs either a new manager or a complete new team
