The staff were extremely polite and helpful. They provided me with a leaflet for shipping products abroad which was helpful and toon the time to explain things to me despite the fact that they were short staffed and were busy. The prices are high for their normal products which is what you expect at WHSmith anyway

Visited on Sunday 13th February and tried to ask to see a manager in regards to a particular product that we wanted to purchase, however, no manager, supposedly out of 2 on shift, could be found after 2 members of staff searched the whole building. Thankfully, the two members of staff, tuso and Kaylee, helped with the issue and resolved it. Managers are incompetent and need to be replaced.

Great service from the WH Smith staff. Particularly Rob, the area manager and the 2 employees working on Sunday afternoon. All are assets to the company!

The store is fully commercial from the display and pulled us in just by the window, good customer we give 5stars and beyond!

Conveniently placed among other shops in the shopping park. A decent selection of items in store and the staff are good.

Went in last week a few times to return high lighter pens but didn't have a receipt & unfortunately manager was not available every time. On my final visit a lovely sweet lady named Bhavini Patel went through allllll the electronic system and found my item & gave the refund! My faith in humanity has been restored because of this selfless wonderful person👍🏼

Very rude staff, they rude to small kids as well, my boy went to buy pens etc and refused to serve as he study in William perkinson school. Why punish small kids for something he has not done. I hope staff kids suffers same as my child did.

Amazing experience in early moring with great customers service by bhavini and sweety, they made my day, both went extra mile to serve great customer service well done👍
