I went to WH Smiths woolwich this morning and bought some stationary. There was nothing wrong with the products. However, the cashier was dishonest. The middle aged lady secretly kept a ’£5 off your next purchase‘ voucher to herself. Very cunning.

Called to find out if they had an item in stock before venturing out. Phone rang twice and they cut the phone off. They proceeded to do this two more times before taking the phone off the hook. I called back again, guess what? they keep hanging up the call. Unprofessional to the core!!

Staff non existent. Pathetic display and very disappointing range..how are they not gone burst is a mystery.

This is a review for a remember of the post office staff!
a lady who works in Wh Smith post office.
Not sure of her name but she is very rude and mean to the customers. and needs to correct her training in customer service and attitude! Very unprofessional hope she can correct this.

Helpful staff but the products here are just way too overpriced.
I've made several mistakes of going here first before trying Argos or Tesco.

Glue is also expensive and envelopes. Basically everything is expensive here.

I was one of the first of 3 customers in at 8.30am , there were 2 member's of staff well I presumed they were as they were chatting away ignoring us . Lovely selection of cheap books on the 1st floor and met a lovely and helpful man working there too!

Too pricey, poor choice and variety of goods, extremely understaffed, not one shop assistant available on either floor.
