Awful food don't eat here a complete rip off. Went on bank holiday Monday 6 of us. Surf & turf was a tiny portion, the vegan burger was Luke warm and a minimal portion. They were very stingy on food portions staff very un welcoming like they didn't want to be there

Came here today for my lunch. Staff were friendly, and polite and the food I ordered was delicious ! Hadn't visited here for well over a year and pleased to say it is still a lovely place.

Came for a snack lunch again recently and food tasted great.
I think it would be a good idea to have one of the fireplaces reinstated, probably the one in the bar area. Also the shrubs in the small front garden that are near the windows could be renewed or cut back, allowing the light to come in.

Absolutely disgusted with the service today. Our server decided to wait till we told him what food we wanted to order before he decided to tell us everything we asked for was not available. When he told us he was laughing and blaming it on half term and that they are waiting for a delivery tomorrow. Also the high chairs are a safety issue as they don’t have a 3 point safety strap, so when my 22 month old moved around in the high chair the strap kept coming lose to the point my child could stand up!! Would never go back again!!!

It's OK, but could be a lot better with very little effort.

Standing at the door waiting to be seated for 5 or 6 minutes while various members of staff walk past without even acknowledging that you are there would be a simple thing to rectify for a start.

Went here for Sunday Lunch, as part of an anniversary weekend, very disappointed with the Roast Beef, it was grill cooked and the Veg all tasted like Frozen, even the roast potatoes. Service was fine but in and out in under 50 minutes. Will not be revisiting any time soon...

Burger surprisingly good & tasty although wait was a tiny bit too long. if chips were changed for chunky version or sweet potato then the meal would be on another level. No complaints from me well worth a visit.

The meal was terrible... the vegi grill came with no halloumi, no corn, no mac cheese, even the waitress was embarrassed, the rest of the meals were of similar standard...what a shame as the waitress was wonderful but whoever cooked our food should read the menu...I hope the manager gets in touch but hey I'm a dreamer

My self an family booked at the manor for Christmas dinner , first time ever eating out Christmas Day , well the experience was disappointing , starter was ok , main well disgusting , veg you could hardly cut , no stuffing or sauces the whole meat was cold , an taste less , the pudding , the custard an brandy sauce was again cold , we did complain but nothing was done , other people were complaining to , at least the coffee was hot , ruined the whole Christmas Day , and paying nearly £60 per head you would expect far better service , didn’t even look like a proper roast let alone a Christmas dinner ,
