The staff was amazing and was very helpful, food was great and as usual lots of choices there was a great atmosphere, on site parking was available and there were plenty of spaces outside to sit and enjoy the beautiful 🌞🌞🌞 Recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were welcomed and seated by the waitress who was very pleasant. After I had cleaned the grease and sauce off the menu's we ordered. Then I cleaned the table. My wife's meal was inedible as if it had been sitting for an hour on the warmer. It was replaced with a nicely cooked equivalent. (Why couldn'tthey have done that tge first time). My meal was inedible. See below. Waitress tried to resolve the issue but did not have the authority. The manager who was aware that there was a problem did not intervene until I asked for refund. Customer satisfaction was not part of the training manual. Bad experience.

Brilliant place! Kids eat free, buffet breakfast all incl. £9.50 per person. From Pancakes to hash browns and everything in between. Bottomless coffees, juices, teas etc. Start with continental, end on full English ...what is not to love!

Massive line for the continental as only had one toaster going, No juice in their juice machines, did not get told that vegetarian cooked needed to be ordered as it was serve yourself!!! Staff weren't particularly polite or helpful. Normally absolutely love beefeater breakfasts have been to a couple of different ones around the country and have all be run in the same way, but this is the worst beefeater I have been too run completely differently would not recommend! Sorry 😞

So I use to give this place top marks have done for years.
Last year I rated to food inadequate, this year I would go with rancid.
I took the family, last year. After everyone had a disappointing meal. I told them give me a week I’ll make a menu with choices on the day of two starters, mains and desserts. There were tears about the texture and flavour of the food, comments of you really and a good chef; too that is better than any restaurant I’ve ever eaten in. Personally I have eaten in Michelin star restaurants. And it would take something extra from me to complete.
Anyway back to this year… after last year I’m not sure why we bothered. But we did… from disappointing starters that a child could botched better, too gone off steak. I mean really, inedible food.
From glowing reviews of past, now leave a challenge to the restaurant; invite me back once you have sorted out your substandard chefs (if you can call them that)

Wow! Wow! Wow! Has yo be one of the bests meals, the steak was so amazing, tender and perfectly cooked, you get unlimited coke and unlimited chips. The staff were so polite, fast and couldn't have done any better. Todays experience is one of the best I have ever had!!! Keep.uo the good work and we will definitely be back:)

Not quite pleased with the served breakfast. It was £9 something all you can eat breakfast. The website advertised several things that were obviously missing (to write a few: chocolate and blueberry muffins, fruit salad). We ordered a veggie sausage and were served pork ones, thankfully we confirmed before eating. The juices served were Sunpride boxed ones that are made out of concentrate. For £9 a person I would at least expect a juice which is from fruits and not concentrate. The choice of fruits on the counter were few with just a green apple and two oranges in the basket. The staff was polite and helpful though. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for breakfast buffet.
