Sprinters Premier Steakhouse

A quick after a matinee at the cinema meal was gorgeous. The place was clean, light and airy providing a great atmosphere. I opted for the lunch time special steak meal. A beautiful and tender rare steak, home cooked chips and all the trimmings. Absolutely wonderful and great value

I have visited sprinters for a few years now I have never had a bad meal in there. The roast dinner is just like mother used to make. Amazing. The salads are like no other eatery I have eaten in. Again a class on there own A1. Sometimes the staff can be a be forgetful but don't let that put you off there still very good at looking after the customer.

Very good steakhouse located opposite Asda car park.
The food is good and well priced especially during the afternoon when they have specials on. The menu is varied and not just steaks but the steaks are very good.
There is also a licensed bar and limited parking at the rear.
The staff are very friendly and helpful

Food was nice and reasonably priced too. Just the service was pretty rubbish. I was stood by the till waiting for someone to come and take my payment. As soon as a male customer came up to also pay a male member of staff came to the till and of course dealt with the male customer first. Then once i was paying he just turned and walked away. No thank you, no acknowledgement, no nothing. So im still stood there waiting for my receipt being ignored like a muppet until he noticed me again

I have been to this place a few times many years ago and It was really nice.
Me and my family went in on new years eve 2022 and me and my son chose to have burgers and when they came I couldn't believe what I was looking at on my plate! Our burgers were really burnt and the cheese looked that way as well, like it had been in a microwave, the rest of the bun was really dry . I did try the burger, but only a few bites in and we were done and couldn't eat any more as it was disgusting.
Also on the plates was chips ....not French fries ...not steak chips but chip shop chips 🫣 many people may like this but I think this is a bad move for the restaurant as a supposedly good stake house you would have thought they would have good quality fresh chips and not soggy chip shop chips from the chippy next door.
Told the management about my meal and he said I will tell the chef and with a straight face just took the plates and walked off with no apology or anything he just removed the burgers from the bill.
This is one place I will never return.

Definitely best place for family dinner and gathering. Friendly staffs, delicious food (the steaks and their gravy amazing), amazing drinks, great service and main part is their prices is also friendly to our pocket 😄. A must visit whenever we visit our in laws in Nottingham.
