Clean, nice bakery selection, a lot of food goes quickly so it is a popular store. Try to go during the day or in the morning. Big car park. Perfect for a family shop, good location

The self checkout has been configured by the local Woolston drug dealers so that 1 gram of difference will cause it to have a fit, Lidl it is not a "self Checkout" if I constantly need staff assistance. The shop has 6 manned checkouts although I don't know why the shop was designed with this many as the maximum I have ever seen open is 3 and 2 or 1 open are more common at busy times. Maybe consider hiring a few more members of staff?

Good prices and products. Tends to be a bit untidy (empty boxes not collected up) and stock availability can be an issue. Very good quality and cheap tinned coconut milk. (Sorry about the photo. I'd removed the label for recycling.)

Tinned and packet goods are fine. The fresh produce is always beyond it's best and unless you're going to use it straight away, I wouldn't bother.

Great store. Love looking around at all the different food items they have. I try out lots of them. Most are good. Flat cooked potato fritter types are all dense and totally tasteless. Great bargains if you actually look for them.

Excellent vfm on most items I buy. Cost was nearly half of what I usually pay at my small local supermarket. Easy store layout. Lots of different and changing products every time I visit. Helpful staff. Easy parking.

Just don't let me buy 20 bottle of water for my disabled family which I support only in Lidl can happen this Aldi much better.
