Went into this store once and won't be going back. Would much rather goto the Tesco down the street. Staff are rude and really don't care about customer service, till layout is very confusing. You have 1 queue for 3 different systems, which just allows people to jump in ahead of you. I waited ages to be served only to be told my old pound coins (Which are still legal) are not accepted at Sainsbury's. No apology, a simple 'we don't take your money'.

Set in a convenient position, since it is in front of several bus stops, so it would be ideal for commuters in the morning to get some breakfast or lunch.
However, even at 7:20 in the morning, there is consistently only what was left from the previous day, so usually almost nothing!

Ok. Pretty small but basically possible to find food. Prices regular, no cheap no expensive. Easy to pay.

Got the worst experience on hayford hill sainsburys for an interview, by the hand of a girl manager of 20’s and the office manager laughing about me on my back.
I will never ever again apply for and also not ever buy on any of your stores!!!

Disgusting experience!!!!!!

They always run out of their own Sainsbury's sparkling water! How can you run out of water that you produce yourself? Outrageous

VERY Disappointing!!! Very bad!
It will close at 9pm, but he did NOT let me enter the shop, at 8:56pm, for a milk ONLY!!
A milk will never take more than half a minute to buy.
If you are lazy and want to go home early, you can change your closing time to be 8:55pm. You should not turn customers away during normal opening hours, especially since I've made it clear that I only want a bottle of milk!!

The shop is fine but the security guard on shift is a complete waste of space. He seems to spend all his time hanging out with his friends by the door and not helping customers with the self-checkout machines despite that clearly being part of his job. He was extremely rude and unhelpful when I asked for some help. I expected better from Sanisburys, can't they find someone with a decent level of customer service or otherwise not give him responsibilities he is incapable of handling. A shame as I have had wonderful service from other members of staff previously.

A young Bleach blonde woman with straw like hair followed me around the shop, on the way out she asked me if she could search my bag, I said yes, but turned on my camera and started recording, she then started asking me to leave the shop and I politely asked "didn't you want to search my bag?" She started behaving very oddly. I know sainsburys have some sort of programme for people who are mentally unwell as I've noticed the staff are often a bit strange and I've heard stories...this woman was clearly very mentally unwell.
