Earlier it was good but now it's becoming worse, the stuff r not serious with their duty they just keep gossiping instead of give service those customers r waiting
It's not happened once with me I faced that things 2/3 times.

AVOID! The lady security guard WILL follow you around because she will think that you will steal something(even more shocking that I was a black person who was JUST GOING TO GET SOME THINGS FOR MY HOUSE. I will NEVER shop here again until at least ONE of the following happens;

The security guard goes through a couple more YEARS of training,

The manager sees the CCTV footage and has a LONG talk about WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE AND WHAT IS NOT so this NEVER happens again,

The security guard is forced to issue an official apology by the manager.

GOD FORBID this happens again.

And like I have said before, AVOID FOR MORAL REASONS!!!!!!!!!

Great,helpful staff. Place clean and tidy always stocked up.staff always on hand to help with queries.

I was served by a lady named Juliet. She didn't say hello nor goodbye, while scanning my groceries she was talking to her colleague in a language that was clearly not English, I asked for a bag 3 times, she didn't hear me and asked for payment. Overall I had a bad experience there.

Changed the price of the meal deal to 3.50 absolute scam unless you have Clubcard.

Deliberately unhelpful staff with misleading signage. Recommended I beg in-store from strangers during covid when I questioned price based on their misleading signs.

Staff behaviour is very bad... they just try to Rob everyone... full of rubbish people don't understand little things in simple English.

Once your normal supermarkets close tesco at gant's hill is open til 11pm & I can shop later in the evening
