Refused to carry out Collect plus service of taking parcels they are paid to do ,Despite plenty of room in news agents.They blame collect plus for refusing to collect parcels for 3 days,I called Collect plus and they confirmed there were no such issues in the area, with a friday and saturday collection at the store .There had been no delays. it was Londis staff whom were providing bad service ,Collect plus Head office promised to escalate.
