Headington Butchers & Groceries

Good for middle eastern and some indian products. Although very few indian brands stocked. The ones stocked are all from Kerala for some reason. The butchers section appears clean, quite good variety of meats offered. Seems clean enough. Serves only Halal meat. Although i have concerns about the butchers using the same gloved hands used to handle and clean meat to handle the bags they are put in. Hence only 4 stars. The shop owner is very friendly and offers best service. The staff who relieve him not as much.

Accepts cash and card. Taking good precautions against COVID19 by allowing limited shoppers in.

Different types of good and clean meats,Great selection of fruits, vegetables, spices, pulses etc. are in reasonable price... Get all Indian groceries... Very clean Butchers. Customer friendly staff and outstanding service.. Overall very good😍😍😍

We’re local and regular customers of Headington Butchers & Groceries, but the have failed us number of times, the meats are very poor quality. Twice we have to take their meat 🥩 back because of the horrible smelling. The owners, don’t want to take it back and refund us, the owner is very rude. My advice to customers not to buy any meats from them, you will take big risk. We find out half of their customers taken their business left them to Cowley road because of their meat and owners attitude. Very bad owners.

Decent enough. Fair prices for an array of Asian, African and Carribbean food. Staff are helpful.

My go to place for halal meat. Has a lot of other halal things you can get. But which they had better varieties of kebab

Amazing little shop. Has so much variety from South Asia and the Middle East. Friendly staff and easy access from across Bury Knowle Park. I do my shopping easily while the kids play in the park.

I have been using this shop for the last 3 Years and I have always been served with a smile and quality meat and everything else is fresh too. Thank you
